PROJECT DETAILS
This new warehouse project marked the first of Rycon’s two builds within the expanding North Harbour Business Park. Delivered on an undeveloped site, this dual-tenancy facility was designed in collaboration with R.H. Frankland and constructed using tilt panels.
The site spans a total area of 4,230m², with the build incorporating energy-efficient lighting fixtures in line with Rycon’s commitment to sustainable construction practices.
The warehouse was delivered in close succession to the second facility at 24 Notus Drive, reinforcing Rycon’s capacity to manage sequential builds while highlighting continued involvement in the precinct.
