PROJECT DETAILS
Located in the emerging North Harbour estate, this project involved the construction of a single-tenancy commercial facility with a total gross floor area of 1,304m². The project was completed ahead of schedule through a well-executed construction program and strong on-site coordination.
Designed by R.H. Frankland & Associates, the office warehouse was built on a previously undeveloped site using tilt panel construction. Energy-efficient lighting was included, reflecting both Rycon’s sustainability values and the growing importance of environmentally conscious design.
As part of a dual delivery within the North Harbour estate with 62 Boreas Drive, this build reinforces Rycon’s role as a trusted partner in the region’s commercial growth while supporting the future of industrial infrastructure in one of Queensland’s most active development zones.
