A successful build isn’t measured by the finished structure alone, but by the trust and communication that shape every stage of the process.
This principle guided the delivery of a new commercial warehouse for Huth Cabinets, a growing cabinet-making business ready to invest in a new commercial base. With their lease nearing expiry, the Huth family needed new premises to match their expanding operations and a partner who could meet a tight timeline.
RYCON provided a full design and construct solution in collaboration with SPARC Architects. From early planning through to completion, the focus of the build stayed on efficiency and functionality.
A Build Designed to Grow with the Business
Located in the growing industrial area of Logan Village, the facility includes a tilt-panel warehouse with a two-storey office and showroom, LED lighting throughout and provisions for future mezzanine storage. Energy-efficient LED lighting was incorporated as part of RYCON’s ongoing commitment to sustainable construction practices.
Tilt-panel construction was chosen for its efficiency and durability, making it well-suited to fast delivery and robust functionality.
More than just meeting immediate operational needs, the space was designed to grow alongside the business. The practical layout reflects a construction approach centred on longevity and expansion.
The project was completed in just six months, ensuring a smooth transition from the former premises and delivering a facility tailored to the company’s future direction.
A Positive and Collaborative Experience
As their first commercial build, the Huth family relied on RYCON to provide clear guidance and communication throughout. Backed by more than 20 years of experience, the team brought established expertise and an award-winning reputation to the project. Strong coordination across every stage ensured decisions were made quickly and confidently.
“Our first commercial investment build and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Considering our very unique circumstance to relocate our family business, with a tight time frame push from the Government, Gerard, Jacob, and the remainder of the team delivered above and beyond our expectations. The project was handled professionally, communication was clear, and the entire process has given us the itch to do it all over again with Rycon. Thanks, legends!”
— Rachel Huth
Clear communication underpinned the entire process, keeping the project on time and aligned with the client’s expectations.
Built on Trust
The Logan Village project reflects how RYCON partners with clients to deliver not only high-quality commercial builds, but long-term outcomes.
From concept to completion, the focus remains on execution, communication and strong relationships. Supporting Huth Cabinets through this milestone project was a privilege and a clear example of what RYCON brings to every commercial project across southeast Queensland.
