The Logan Village Warehouse is a commercial facility designed for a cabinet making company. RYCON delivered a full design and construct service in collaboration with trusted partner SPARC Architects, meeting budget and time frames aligned with the end of the client’s previous lease.

Built using tilt panel, the warehouse includes two office areas and a showroom, offering a total floor area of 1,036m². Energy-efficient LED lighting has been used throughout. It’s a modern space tailored for current operations and future growth. The client now has the capacity to scale and take advantage of the continued expansion in Logan Village.

Designed for functionality, efficiency and long-term value, the facility delivers a significant upgrade for the client’s business.
