Project Location: Colmslie (Morningside)
Completion Date: July 2020
RYCON Constructions were contracted to develop 11 high-end commercial spaces for Colmslie Business Park, a newly developed office hub strategically located less than 7kms from Brisbane CBD and the Rivermakers precinct. The prime commercial location makes the business park the ideal place for modern businesses.
The Build
The $5 million project commenced in November 2019, with RYCON completing the build in just 9 months! Ranging from 186sqm to 419sqm, the development features three separate buildings with warehouses and showrooms on the lower floors, and offices upstairs.
Each space has been built to allow flexibility in the internal layout, to accommodate tenant requirements.
Features & Design
The build features notable external and internal elements that accentuate the modern feel of the space.
External Features
The smooth lines combined with sharp curves create a sleek aesthetic, with the large tinted windows on the front exterior creating a luxe, spacious feel. The white, grey and olive colour palette compliments the high end industrial look.
Internal Features
Within the space, the beautiful polished concrete flooring, timber accents, and high quality LED lighting make the area come alive.
The development also includes showers, air conditioning, and painted warehouse walls.
The project was completed in July 2020, with half of the units already sold.
RYCON Constructions worked with Polished Concrete Floors Australia, ARMA Construction and Elevation Architecture on this project.
