PROJECT DETAILS
Set in a new development zone in Yarrabilba, south of Brisbane, this new construction will feature three 2-storey commercial showrooms with individual kitchen and amenities. Built for a private investor, all three tenancies will be leased out as retail outlets or retail offices.
RYCON Constructions project managed the design phase in collaboration with Ceccatto Architects, then moved into the construction phase. We look forward to bringing this one to life for our client who based their decision to engage RYCON by saying “we value customer service from an experienced and trusted source”. Sustainability features in this project include energy efficient glazing to the shop fronts, and all walls will be fully insulated. This building will span 670m².
