PROJECT DETAILS

Located in Yarrabilba, this project involves the construction of a new commercial warehouse and office facility for property investment purposes. Designed by Echo Architects, the development sits on a 2,305m² block within a growing industrial estate.

The building combines practical warehouse and office spaces with higher-end architectural finishes, including a distinctive breezeblock wall to the carport and a fully clad awning.

As one of three RYCON Constructions projects in Yarrabilba, this development is being delivered alongside another warehouse just two doors away. Constructing both projects concurrently allows for efficient trade coordination and resource management, with both builds scheduled for completion in April 2027.
