The transformation of this Bardon residence began in 2016, and since then RYCON Constructions have worked closely with Skyring Architects. Both the separate studio and the home have been renovated to allow the three-level residence to take on a new, modern look. 

The spacious kitchen opens out through the 3m high sliding doors onto timber decking complete with its own exquisite timber ceiling.  The deck then leads onto the freshly landscaped grounds and swimming pool, a perfect combination for Queensland living.  One of the most successful exterior features is the juxtaposition of the stunning timber work and rendered brick. This project was completed and handed over in July 2017.
