RYCON Constructions were fortunate enough to transform this beautiful house, providing a seamless flow of the outdoors with the indoors.

The kitchen was created with marble splashbacks, and wooden paneling through the home to give it a warm, contemporary feel flowing through the living area.

The wooden ceiling carried the warmth of the natural material through and provided a feature element for this fabulous renovation.

Large fold-away windows create such an open environment with letting light and airflow throughout the house. All windows were framed in black to offset the softness of the wooden panelling, providing a modern aesthetic and a great picture frame of the surrounding outdoors.
