PROJECT DETAILS
The Base is a custom designed space created for professional use, with the comfort and style of a private residence in mind. Built using tilt panel construction, the building offers the flexibility to serve as a workplace today, with the potential to become a home in the future.
The project begins with the demolition of the existing house, replaced by a 489m² structure featuring a professional office, large gym, art studio and pool. A central kitchen and family room bring the layout together, complemented by a welcoming portico and low-maintenance landscaping.
Arched windows, clear colours and natural textures bring a subtle Greek-inspired feel to the design. The space also includes a six-car garage, along with water efficient fixtures and LED lighting to support long-term sustainability.
