Located in Stapylton, this new development involves the construction of a warehouse and office facility for Stratum Developments. Set on a 5,000m² site, the project has been designed as a flexible investment property, with a suspended slab office and provision for future dual tenancy.
The project is one of the first warehouses to be built within the new Logistix Estate and marks RYCON’s first collaboration with TaylorEllis Architecture.
