A beautiful example of a front facadè extension and landscaping.

RYCON Constructions were engaged to extend this riverside family home to create two new bedrooms, a bathroom with a seperate powder room, family room, laundry and storeroom. This extension gave the clients the opportunity to make the front facadè a statement in the streetscape. This was achieved with the addition of a custom fabricated carport and arbour which carry trellised plantings, and rendered masonry fencing to match the facadè. The lush planting are all a precursor to the high level of finish achieved by the RYCON team.
