A beautiful example of a front facadè extension and landscaping.

RYCON Constructions were engaged to extend this riverside family home to create 2 new bedrooms, bathroom with separate powder room, family room, laundry and store room. This extension gave the clients the opportunity to make the front facadè a statement in the streetscape. This was achieved with the addition of a custom fabricated carport and arbour which will carry trellised planting, rendered masonry fencing to match the facadè and lush planting are all a precursor to the high level of finish achieved by the RYCON team.
