PROJECT DETAILS

Located on Wongawallan Drive in Yarrabilba, this project involves the construction of a new office and multi purpose warehouse facility for Neumann Steel Pty Ltd. Designed by SPARC Architects, the development will deliver a state of the art industrial facility within the Yarrabilba industrial estate. The purpose built facility will support the client’s continued growth and help service the south east Queensland growth corridor.

In addition, the project is being delivered on a large industrial block with three-sided street access, allowing for efficient site access and movement. Key construction features include pre-cast panel construction and four overhead gantry cranes, which have been incorporated to suit the client’s operational requirements.
