This new commercial development will transform an underutilised site in Moorooka into a modern and purpose-built facility for small businesses.  

Previously home to cabinet and panel making workshops with low site cover, the redesigned 2,033m² site will now offer seven individual tenancies with different warehouse sizes. These boutique spaces have been created to suit a range of different types of businesses with modern amenities and generous parking. 

A key feature of the build is the use of suspended Hollowcore precast concrete floors to tenancies 5, 6 and 7, allowing the building to be constructed out to the existing easement. This enables maximum site cover and efficient use of the lot. 

Once complete, the 900m² facility will deliver a fresh contemporary design that significantly improves site utilisation. It will create a more valuable commercial asset for the owner, while attracting an emerging market of boutique tenants in the area.
