These stunning three bedroom duplexes were built on a 560m2 lot in one of Noosaville’s best streets. Designed by a local building designer, each duplex contains open plan living, three bedrooms, an ensuite and a large void allowing light in and cross ventilation to the upper level. Extensive landscaping has also been completed to incorporate the large 6 x 4m pools with a feature wall and water feature. A contemporary resort feel has been achieved to allow these duplexes to blend seamlessly with a Noosaville lifestyle.

RYCON Constructions were commissioned to construct the two duplexes based on their experience on small lot’s where a unique build was required with the highest of finishes. Each duplex has an in-ground pool and extensive landscaping. RYCON was responsible for the project from start to finish, carrying out all the works from demolition of existing residence right through to completion, ready for sale to the investor market.
