PROJECT DETAILS
RYCON Constructions is delivering a new commercial warehouse and office development on a 3,000m² block in Yarrabilba. Designed by SPARC Architects, the project features a simple and efficient warehouse design, combining practical functionality with current National Construction Code (NCC) energy efficiency standards.
The development is one of three RYCON projects underway in the Yarrabilba precinct, including the Yarrabilba Office Warehouse just two doors away. With both warehouses being built simultaneously, RYCON can streamline trade coordination and make efficient use of resources across both sites.
Both projects are scheduled for completion in April 2027.
