We returned to Crestmead for our 3rd commercial project in this growing industrial precinct. This project was the 2nd of its kind for our repeat investor client.

Another Design & Construct project by RYCON Constructions in collaboration with Kelly Gray of Sparc Architects. A bespoke design, single level office with a 700m² warehouse designed for general hire business. 

The site is on a premium corner block with full street frontage, providing optimal branding opportunities for passing traffic.

The new tenants are thrilled with their functional new space and commenced moving in on the day of the handover!
