Our second commercial project in a new industrial precinct in Crestmead is the location for our newest warehouse project for a private investor.

RYCON Constructions in collaboration with RH Frankland & Assoc Pty Ltd Building Design & Consulting Studio, have created a two-level office with a striking colour scheme for the office component.

Built for a repeat investor client, we have worked closely with them advising during the design process, to ensure an efficient build to offset current market forces around material costs. The total site area is 2501m² with warehouse and office occupying 1523m².
