PROJECT DETAILS

A 2600 square metre Design and Construct project by RYCON Constructions, in collaboration with Kelly Gray from Sparc Architects, for a repeat investor client.

The project was taken from a cleared site, and construction was completed within 18 months. The 2400 square metre warehouse was constructed with the use of a precast concrete panel and steel girder system, and features a state of the art office with an auto on/off LED lighting systems.
