A stunning home renovation located on the banks of the Brisbane River in Dutton Park. Yes, it was a challenge build on a steep block, but when the results look this good, the challenges become a distant memory!

This was a partial demolition and full renovation of a 3 storey Queenslander built in the 1920’s. We added a new kitchen, living areas, terraced patio leading to a spa and curved wet edge swimming pool. The renovation was fitted out with the finest finishes and fixtures, many of which were imported from overseas. 

A remarkable new life has been breathed into this old Brisbane beauty.
