PROJECT DETAILS

Located on Ironstone Road in Berrinba, this project will transform an undeveloped corner site within the industrial estate into a specialised refrigerated warehouse. RYCON is delivering the 832.9m² facility in collaboration with SP Building Design to support the client’s cold storage operations.

The warehouse will include three freezers and one chilled area, with extensive underfloor ventilation incorporated to maintain consistent temperature conditions. The design responds to the operational requirements of refrigerated storage while making efficient use of the industrial site.

A bioretention planter will provide natural filtration of stormwater runoff and support a considered approach to site drainage and water management.
