The original home has been totally renovated with the addition of a new downstairs rumpus / office and guest suite. New windows and doors were added to enable full panoramic city and suburban views. Extensive pool and landscaping were an addition to the project. RYCON Constructions was engaged to carry out all aspects of the project including pool and hard landscape works.
