Set in a new industrial precinct adjacent to the Caboolture airfield, this full design and construct by RYCON Constructions brings a design flair to the estate. In collaboration with Kelly Gray from Sparc Architects, this project has a minimalist appearance along with a low maintenance approach, thinking ahead for the astute investor and for future long-term tenants.

Built for a repeat investor client, the office space provides plenty of natural light with the use of floor to ceiling windows. The 100m² warehouse is also fully clear spanned with an internal height of 8.5m. The entire estate sits at 1199m².
