1. The right qualifications

In Queensland, any company or individual who intends to supervise or carry out building work with a total value of $3,300 or more must have a QBCC builders licence. Additionally, any person who carries out Building Design (Low Rise, Medium Rise, or Open), Plumbing and Drainage, and Gas Fitting, are also required to hold a licence. All our trades are vetted licence professionals who pride themselves on quality workmanship.
