Set on Belgrave Street in Morningside, this in house development pairs the character of a 1940s home with a fresh and modern townhouse addition.
Ahead of a full renovation, RYCON Constructions has raised and repositioned the existing house. By moving it across the block to the side, we created additional space to deliver three new townhouses at the rear of the block. The rear dwellings use suspended slab construction with lightweight framing, helping achieve a strong and streamlined look. Energy efficient lighting and water saving sanitary fixtures will support a more considered day to day footprint for future residents.
